BioLong ago, Man believed in many deities. There were the Olympian Gods with their Roman counterparts. There were many a God from the African tribes and the old land of Egypt, the center of the Universe before Rome.
But with the coming of Christ, these Gods and Goddesses were fogotten and soon they faded away to memory, to history, to legend, to myth. All but one.
Her worshipers had fled her, had scorned her, but she refused to fade with the slow passing of time. She held strong for centuries, for milleniums.
No one remembered her face, her voice, nor her name. And so she soon became Mortua Dea, the dead goddess.
